I was observing the news about Windows 8 as of late. Here's my comment about it.
I played with the YouTube’s Cosmic Panda UI for a while. I am not happy about it.

What’s the most important non-kernel piece of software in UNIX-like OSes? The shell. A good shell.
Recently, Aza Raskin published a blog post about protecting your mail address with CSS. He uses some random CSS to make “randomness” look like “racmnFudZG9otbmmVnzcewsos” when you copy it. That’s nice, but I found a better way — the Kw’s Mail Hide Trick. See it for yourself, after the break.

I’m using Linux since 2007. I’ve been on many distros (in order): Mandriva, Ubuntu, openSuSE, Fedora, and only in VirtualBox: Debian and Linux Mint. But since two months there is another distro in both lists (I tested it out on VirtualBox and then set it up on the actual machine): Arch Linux.
